Unfair Workplace

Employers in certain industries will employ workers that are known to either be in the United States illegally or do not have the proper documentation of citizenship. These employees will often agree to work many hours without proper compensation. The employers will hire these individuals with the expectation that the employee will not complain to the proper authorities for fear of any unwanted repercussion.
